Error - The 'Semi-additive measures' feature is not included in the '64 Bit Standard Edition'

To fix this issue:

First create the measure with Semiadditive behavior by selecting "Last Non empty" and then do as follow:

I answered my own question.  Under "Cubes", I selected my Cube, right-clicked, and selected "Add Business Intelligence...".  Under "Choose Enhancement", I selected "Choose Semiadditive behavior".  I then had the option of turning this feature off (very 1st option).  At that point, I was able successfully to deploy my cube.
